오늘은 메탈 기타 레코딩에 대해 알아보겠습니다.
구글에 'modern metal guitar tone free'라고 검색하면 무료 플러그인으로 모던 메탈 기타 톤을 낼 수 있는 많은 영상들이 있는데요, 그것들을 참고해서 제가 사용하는 세팅을 소개합니다.
먼저 지금 제작 중인 헤비메탈 음반 티저를 들어보시죠.
무료 플러그인
- 간단히 4개 플러그인만 사용했는데요, 모두 무료입니다!
- 첫 번째는 GGate, 노이즈게이트입니다.

- 요즘 유행하는 Djent Metal 톤이라고 쭥쭥쭥 끈적하면서도 쩥쩥한 (이걸 어떻게 표현하지...) 여튼 djent한 사운드를 내기 위해서는 Threshold를 적절히 올려줘서 져어어~~~엉대신 져어엍 하는 느낌을 주는 것입니다.

- 저는 Preset 중에 Lead Modern 선택, SHAPE ON 후 EQ 정도 조절하고 거의 그대로 씁니다.
